Immediate start available for the right candidate

Whirledge & Nott is a private company established in 1988.  There are 3 offices and around 25 personnel.  The practice provides unrivalled bespoke professional advice and services to mainly rural based businesses throughout Essex.

Essex is an area of tremendous growth and consequently the opportunities for diversification and development are unprecedented.

The size of the practice is ideally suited to students looking to obtain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).  The firm is small enough to ensure the candidate is not pigeon-holed, but large enough to offer multi-disciplined expertise.  Reasonable course fees will be paid

The Role

Working as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative, you will provide assistance with all aspects of the business.

The Candidate

We require a bright, enthusiastic, excellent communicator, with good technical ability.  Experience of farming and rural life would be an advantage.  Duties will involve the need for travel and as such a car and clean driving licence will be essential.  We are open to applicants from graduates and recently qualified candidates.
