Position: Commercial lettings agent
Salary: £19 – 40k depending upon experience and qualifications, with unlimited bonus
Bonus: A signing on bonus, a further bonus after six and twelve months. Thereafter an unlimited annual performance bonus
Working Hours: 0900 – 1730 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays increasing with length of service
Place of work: Rayleigh SS6 9QG and Chelmsford CM6 1QL
Job Role
Commercial buildings lettings negotiator with the opportunity to expand your role. This involves building relationships with clients, understanding current market conditions, listing properties and dealing with leases.

About you

- Presentable and an excellent communicator in person and on the phone
- Full driver’s licence
Your experience
- Letting agency experience is preferred but full training and support is offered to the ideal candidate
Specific Duties
- Taking property details and uploading them
- Following and chasing up telephone and email leads
- Sending regular email advertising campaigns, using Mailchimp and our property enquiries database
- Proactively liaising with Landlords to negotiate rent increases, using our property management software
- Drafting tenancy agreements and associated security of tenure notices
