Overseeing promotion and obtaining allocation and then planning consent for strategic scale developments as well as securing significant savings through reductions in obligations within the planning agreements.

Our team has a particular focus on land that can be brought through the planning process.  Through the National Planning Policy Framework and the requirement for local authorities to deliver a rolling land supply we seek opportunities for land to be promoted through the planning process.  We assess potential, advise on the way forward and seek to protect the long-term value.  This may be through self-promotion or through securing an agreement with a developer or builder for houses or other commercial developments.
